Ongoing Old Forge Social Service Outreach & Health Insurance Sign-up - 10AM-2PM at the Town Offices. Need Health Insurance or Social Service assistance? Certified NYS Navigators are available to help you enroll through the NY State Health Marketplace the last Thursday of each month in the Town of Webb Board Room at the Visitor Information Center in Old Forge. They will also be available to help with Temporary Assistance, SNAP Benefits, Medicaid, Home Energy Assistance (HEAP) and Child Support and Day Care Services referral. Ongoing Morning Yoga - Yoga is now offered as a 10 session punch card. You can go to whichever 10 sessions you choose to attend. You can now also go online and sign up. Yoga has been shown to increase muscle strength, maintain bone integrity, and improve balance, coordination, and mobility. These gentle, therapeutic classes are open to anybody and any age. No Restriction needed. Yoga classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 am, and evening classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday starting at 5:30 pm. Sat Feb 19 15th Annual Chili Bowl Luncheon - 12pm - 3pm at VIEW Arts Center. Join us for our first event of the year – View's 15th Annual Chili Bowl Luncheon. Escape winter, experience a tasty event, and warm up with a warm bowl of chili at View. The Chili Bowl will be held on Saturday, February 19th from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m. We will be serving over a dozen chilis and soups made by local restaurants, with a variety of desserts made by our wonderful volunteers. Choose from a variety of beautiful, handcrafted, ceramic bowls created by our talented local and regional potters for your chili. View's volunteers are preparing to put on another great event. There is already a lot of buzz and excitement going around about Chili Bowl!

Fri & Sat March 4 & 5 Snofest- By March many snowmobilers start putting away their sleds and start thinking about summer. Not in Old Forge, New York! The four major dealers: Ski Doo, Yamaha, Polaris, and Arctic Cat will premier their 2022 models, offering demo rides, weather permitting. Thousands of snowmobile enthusiasts take advantage of this opportunity to be the first to preview next year’s line of sleds and gear. Snofest is brought to you by the Central Adirondack Association.
